England has an educational system which prioritises the winners at the expense of the losers. This talk explores what constitutes a good education for all children. It examines why disadvantaged children are still faring so much worse than their more affluent peers, and the consequences of our growing educational achievement gap. Drawing on international comparisons it asks what we can do to achieve a fairer system?
