We will explore the Education Endowment Foundation guidance report for SEND in Mainstream Schools. Ensuring all pupils have access to high quality teaching is a key thread and we will look at the strategies of flexible grouping, metacognitive strategies, explicit instruction, use of technology and scaffolding. We will look at an explanation of how this sits within the broader definition of effective learning behaviours, providing a shared language for a holistic approach.
