Lessons learned in supporting the transition of vulnerable young people from primary to secondary education: an evaluation of The Mayor’s Stepping Stones programme

This session presents the main findings from the evaluation of The Mayor’s Stepping Stones programme (2018-2020), which supports support vulnerable young people in their transition from primary to secondary school. The session focuses on examining the benefits and main lessons learned around each of the programme’s six transitions activities.
